Using Kuverd means you agree to these terms.

§ 1What Kuverd is
Kuverd tells you what the cards, memberships, insurance and other things you hold include, and what that’s worth. It is information, not financial, insurance or legal advice.
§ 2Benefits change
Providers change their benefits, and their terms always win over anything Kuverd shows. Check with the provider before you rely on a benefit, file a claim or cancel something. Anything marked Unverified hasn’t been checked by a person yet and may be wrong. Dollar figures are estimates.
§ 3Your account
You must be an adult where you live. Keep your account to yourself, and add only people whose details you’re entitled to share.
§ 4Fair use
Don’t scrape Kuverd, overload it, probe its security or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
§ 5Names and images
Provider names, logos and card images belong to their owners and are shown only to identify what you hold. Kuverd isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by them. An owner can ask us to remove one by email.
§ 6No warranty
Kuverd is free and provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from relying on it, such as a claim a provider denies, a fee you paid or a benefit you missed.
§ 7Ending
You can stop using Kuverd and have your account deleted at any time; see the Privacy Policy. We may change or end the service.
§ 8Changes
We post changes here and update the date at the top.
